Charges:
Gotleather.com charges a flat $5.95 standard shipping fee per item order.
You can upgrade to UPS trackable shipping for $8.95 per item. We ship to anywhere
in the continental U.S.A.
Order
Processing:
All orders placed on Gotleather.com are processed within 1 - 2 business days
of placing the order.
Shipping
Time:
Once the order is processed, You will receive an email notification on the
shipping status of the order. Transit time for orders usually takes 4 - 8 business
days for the item(s) to get to you. For orders placed over the weekend or during
busy holiday seasons, please allow additional time for orders to ship.

If possible, please include a copy of your original receipt or the receipt#
/ invoice. Items must be in saleable condition. If item is defective please
call us before sending us the item back.
All gotleather orders are sent with paperwork on how to
return your item. "Postage is not pre-paid." If for some
reason the forms are lost. Click below to download and
re-print the return forms. Form are in PDF format.
Gotleather Internet Return Forms
For the fastest and easiest service, please follow the
guidelines on the packing slip enclosed with the order.
Please note the reason for the return. If you are exchanging,
let us know what size or color you need.
Note
on exchanges: Freight on item(s) returned for exchanges,
will be billed to your credit card at a discounted rate
of half the shipping charge originally paid.
Request
for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. Sunrise
leather has the right to refuse any packages not shipped
back in the allotted time period.
Credit
Process:
All credits will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
We do not refund shipping costs. Just the price paid for the merchandise. When
you return your item by mail, we will send you a confirmation of your credit.
Though we process your credit immediately, please allow one to two billing cycles
for it to appear on your statement.
